This hotel is a charming small place to stay. The property rooms are reasonably priced and recently refurbished with breakfast. The staff are caring and helpful and I loved their attitude. The location is comfy and unbeatable, 2 miles from Windermere Park. They serve good food, have a wide array of options to choose from.

Service stood out , especially with the staff accommodating special requests like lower floor rooms and extra towels. The hotel's convenient location near key attractions and a Chick-fil-A was a bonus. The absence of a business center was inconvenient, and room Wi-Fi wasn't functioning, disappointing.

I loved being just around 2 km from the beautiful Coyote Creek Bikeway, perfect for leisurely walks, and I thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks nearby for my morning coffee fix.

Room was nice (once I actually got in), front desk staff was helpful.
They were obviously unprepared for the check-in demand. The lobby was full of people waiting for housekeeping to finish their rooms. I was kept waiting for an hour. For this inconvenience was compensated with absolutely nothing.

Comfortable Beds and nice staff.
The way they do breakfast is wrong. If you have a voucher you can only pick from a certain area of food options. For the price you should be able to pick from any of the food options that are put out.
